Heesok Park is a partner at Law offices of Park & Lim.  Mr. Park has been practicing law since 1982. In the last 34 year, he has advised several community banks in a variety of litigations and transactions including loan workouts and real estate financings. He currently represents Hanmi Bank, Pacific City Bank, Uniti Bank, Bank of Hope, US Metro Bank in various matters.

Mr. Park has also represented clients in a broad range of matters including commercial real estate transactions and financings, contract disputes, partnership and corporate issues and disputes, and wage and hour litigations.  Mr. Park provides preventive legal advice by systematically assessing the legal status and making corresponding provisions for action that will reduce clients’ risks of liability.  Mr. Park has acted as a private mediator in business disputes.

S. Young Lim is a partner at Law offices of Park & Lim.  Mr. Lim has been practicing law since 1986.  In the past 30 years, he has been a civil trial lawyer and transaction attorney specializing in real estate acquisitions, dispositions and refinancing.  Mr. Lim has developed extensive skills and experiences and has represented clients in multi- million dollar civil litigations, business litigation, and bankruptcy litigations in both state and federal courts.  Further, Mr. Lim has successfully defended employment, collection, breach of contract cases for many  corporations such as Hana Financial, Inc and  Bee Investment, Inc.   Mr. Lim’s excellence and diligence helped him to maintain and continue his relationship with most of his clients for the past 20 years.  Mr. Lim has recently represented a client in closing$160 million dollar real estate transactions and has won multimillion dollar jury verdicts. 

He had appeared in courts all over Southern California and Northern California as well as Court of Appeals  and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for Central District of California and for Northern District of California and as well as the 9th Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals. He has published decisions in the California Court of Appeal, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal and one case he handled went to the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Lim is a member of American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).  Mr. Lim has been a board member of Koran American Bar Association.

Dennis McPhillips has been practicing law for over 30 years and is a former attorney general of a small pacific island nation.  Mr. McPhillips is licensed in California and abroad. Mr. McPhillips has successfully handled jury and non-jury trials and is intimately familiar with all phases of litigation.  Mr. McPhillips has experience in general civil litigation, securities violations and receivership.
