Civil Litigation
Litigation is the foundation of Park & Lim. Partner S. Young Lim has done numerous jury and non-jury trials and has obtained jury verdicts of millions of dollars for its client and is a member of American Board of Trail Advocacy. Our litigation experience is broad and varied, and encompasses every conceivable type of cases including defending class actions, cases designated as complex, prosecuting and defending trademark cases, creditor remedy and creditor claim, defending employers in wrongful termination, wage and hourly, and hostile work environment. Park & Lim represents real estate agents and brokers in all aspects of litigation and coverage issues. These include buyer and seller disputes and matters alleging breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, negligence, failure to disclose, and other alleged errors and omissions. Park & Lim has won several jury and non-jury verdicts in favor of Agents and Brokers. Park & Lim is part of a panel of defense counsels for insurance company to represent agents and brokers for negligence and breach of fiduciary duty claims for the Insured. Park & Lim has handled coverage issues for brokers on their insurance policy.
